Covered parts never arrived

My loveseat and couch got peed on by my 3 year old in early June 2018. I called in my claim to MFS (Montage Furniture Service) and the fiasco began and is ongoing to this moment. I still have no parts and have never been reached out to by this company with an update or resolve. My claim is still open 2 months after I began it. I have recorded all of my interactions and kept records of all that I have done to get resolve. The store where the replacement parts have to come from say that MFS didn't submit the claim in the first place, when they did finally submit the order parts they used the wrong address and then when they had the correct address they sent a partial order request that didn't include the damaged parts of my furniture and did include undamaged parts. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
