Courier delivery attempt failed

Hi, This is to inform you that I sent a shipment on 6th August 2021 from Malaysia Brickfields Pos Laju to be shipped to India. The tracking number for my shipment is EE06733****MY. The tracking details on the website is showing as delivery attempted but unsuccessful. No call was made before attempting the delivery of my courier. Can I please have some contact details or something so that I can contact the delivery person or delivery partner in India to track the shipment and make sure it gets delivered?
