In 2004 we ordered a full size Eternity foam mattress from Cottonwood. Very please with it. In 2008 we ordered the same mattress from Cottonwood in the queen size. What was delivered was an inferior mattress that lost its support in just a few weeks, giving me terrible headaches. Finally removed the cover to see what was inside and it was obviously not the same mattress advertised or the one we received several years prior. The company would not return my calls or emails. I was furious. Ended up going direct to the manufacturer and paying full retail price for another mattress that was in fact the Eternity mattress. Worst experience I ever had.
