I wish I could select 0 stars…. I took my 5 month old puppy to Harris Hill and purchased their puppy package. Our first visit they overcharged us and claimed that since he was only 12 weeks old, he would be considered for the more expensive package. If he were 13 weeks, it would be cheaper. Really?...
