Cottonwood Futons Not as Advertised and No Customer Service
Cottonwood Futons represents the worst on line experience that I have ever had in my life. First the product arrived completely differently than it was pictured. When I called customer service, I soon realized that there was none. Absolutely, no one would talk to me over the phone, and they insisted on email only. The emails were rude and not at all helpful. I ended up spending 700 dollars on a piece of junk that is poor quality that they would not take back without charging me even more money for a 20% restocking fee. The colors of the mattress covers are not at all as pictured either. Avoid this company like the plague and don't expect to talk to a living person if you don't heed this warning.
