Absolutely no service – incompetence and complete lack of consideration

Cqalled PCCW hotline 5 times today to fix the same problem, To have my address shown on the statements being emailed to me. They are currently masked for some reason, and unable to change through on-line portal because the system is undergoing “Upgrade” so not working!!
