It arrived with half the liquid leaked into the box. Was sent in a box with 2 flimsy flyer sheets and a used and deflated pack plastic. The nozzle was not locked in place but taped down. I have half a bottle of body wash. Why wasnt this wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage to the bottle? Please advise what I need to do. Do I return this for a refund according to your money back guarantee? Joan Orso
