Cooker model no. kdvc 563ak

An engineer from your company came to repair my cooker last month & said would send 4 new tops for the hobs. As I had not received these I rang & was told these had not been ordered and Domestic & General would deal with it. When I contacted them they said it was not their responsibility. The appliance is under a year old &, therefore, under warranty. I have sent numerous e-mails to customer services, etc but they also say contact D & G so I am stuck. On top of this, now only 2 out of 4 hobs are working & I need a new knob for the one which turns the oven on. Can you help?
