I have a complaint with regards to the purchasing of Fuel at your Shell Station in Malaysia, The said Shell station 's address is as follows: RIMBAAPI SDN.BHD. COMPANY NO: 151593-D LOT 146, JALAN AMPANG BKT. BELACAN, 68000, AMPANG, SELANGOR, MALAYSIA. (SITE 1056) The staff on attendance at the service station refused to allow me to come in the station He said if I want to use the Bank ATM Card, IT MUST BE FOE A AMOUNT OF EG; RM10,RM20,RM30 AND SO ON. BUT WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE AND i HAD NO PROBLEM BEFORE BECAUSE I AM A REGULAR THERE, HE DID NOT LIKE IT. ONLY REASON I COULD SEE IS THAT HE IS LAZY AND DOES NOT WANT ME TO COME IN WHERE HE HAS TO DO THE TRANSACTION. I HAVE THE E-MAIL OF YOUR OFFICE IN MALAYSIA BUT APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD FORWARD THIS E-MAIL FROM HOLLAND ITSELF, IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, THANK YOU, BEST REGARDS,.
