I have never in my life been talked to by a general manager how I was talked to in Lebanon ky.. she was way out of line. Charged my credit card without permission and basically called me a liar and disrespectful. I am neither and this really upset me. The air conditioner was leaking and because I laid towels down out of respect the general manager said we urinated on their towels.. Never in my life have I been talked to like that like some animal...all because I called Corporate office. User's recommendation: Was told not to come back.
