Ask Simon med representative to send results to primary care physician. He stated he was unable to do that because my physicians office was not in the system and he had no fax information. My primary physician has been in business in the Phoenix area for more than 20 years. Im sure this fax number must be availableI asked to speak to a supervisor. Three hours later Im still waiting
