Hello, I am not happy being charged twice for the Tyson vs. Jones fight. You were having internet issues that night, I had to call TDS as to why I wasn't getting it, spent 4 hours on the phone, trying everything possible, and 2 minutes before the main event, (missing everything else before it), the fight came on!! That was after I paid Fite.com to live stream it as well. I will not be paying twice for this event, therefore I am disputing your charges for $49.99. Please resolve this matter, seeing I can't get through to a person!! I am irate. I have been on hold right now for 34 minutes, after being transferred by Anisa, to speak to a "specialist", and listening to music!! PATHETIC!!!
