Unsatisfactory hygiene
When we arrived at the cinema screening, we found that there was a lot of leftover food and paper in the hall, and the chairs were dirty and dusty! It is uncomfortable to sit and stay here, the feeling that the chairs have not been cleaned for months! I'm very disappointed to come to the movies!
