Member since 2005. I lost my vouchers in a flood. I couldn’t scan a ball of mush. The vouchers are no longer on my account and they wouldn’t even replace them electronically. Holiday deals through over 10 websites are substantially cheaper and their customer service clean the floor with this mob. Absolute scam. Don’t waste your money!!!!
