Hi I did claim for my smart watch, 2 months before. Know how sent DPD to collect the watch, after that they didnt contact me. I rang them after 3 weeks, they said , they cant fix it and they dont have same model and agreed to return my money which will be into my account within 4-5 working days. I have waited for this 2 weeks and then again i rang them, had to wait 60 minutes in call queue. That person said to me , money will be in your account within 14 days. Again i have waited for 6 week but I didnt receive any money. User's recommendation: This never happened in the past , I am very surprised with this response.
