In the short time with them, they always applied the pre-existing condition rule to avoid ANY payment. I agreed there were some pre-existing issues, but as soon as they find ANY they will not look at any deeper reasons for treatment ....it all gets lumped into pre-existing conditions box. Watch out for wellness coverage, this con is just giving them your own money to use. User's recommendation: Don't use this company if you are expecting any re-imbursement.
