Tried contacting them on their 800 number, hung up after a 10 to 15 minutes on hold.

Why a orthopedic exam for a 5 month old puppy for a waiting period waiver exam? Is this Insurance outfit not reading the initial intake I filled out for this dog?

Company will find reason to apply pre-existing condition rule.

In the short time with them, they always applied the pre-existing condition rule to avoid ANY payment. I agreed there were some pre-existing issues, but as soon as they find ANY they will not look at any deeper reasons for treatment ….it all gets lumped into pre-existing conditions box.
