Coffee issue
Went two times using my Dunkin App to a Dunkin Donut and could not pay by cash even after they scanned my phone...went two days later and even called the store and two other stores to ask if I could pay by cash...it was for the special $2 Morning Sunrise drink and once again called on my way to the store and told it would not be an issue...well, it was and I had to once again pay an extra $1 ($3) for the drink. Girls at the store were not very nice or even tried to fix the issue. I would NEVER have this issue at a Starbucks which is where I went after leaving Dunkin. User's recommendation: My co-workers will not use the Dunkin’ in Pleasant Hills, PA because of how very ignorant the workers are...I work in health care and we all drive a little out of our way to use another Dunkin store or the Starbucks down the road.
