I.contacted petplan several times for them to mail me claim forms as my printer doesn't work .I called numerous times and have yet to receive them. They said that It's taking longer due to Covid and the fact that they are working from home. It seems inordinately long to just mail something. I spoke with them today and they assured that forms will be mailed. They suggested I have my vet fax my pets medical records .my vet will do same. I am satisfied
