Claim forms not mailed

I.contacted petplan several times for them to mail me claim forms as my printer doesn’t work .I called numerous times and have yet to receive them. Still NO reply for plan cancellation BUT YET ANOTHER MONTHLY CHARGE ADDING UP TO 5 MONTHS WORTH

I tried and tried to resolve this issue but the lack of customer service proves this company is a scam!!!!!!!! 5 months of multiple unauthorized charges has gone too far and caused a huge inconvenience!!! User’s recommendation: SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Double the price

Change is claims processing

this company has changed their claims processing policy; by disallowing claims submitted over 90 past the date of service. So even if you have had continuous coverage for 8 year, they won’t pay claims. Worthless company, I’m changing carriers.
