I have been dealing with a claim dispute for an invalid charge. I have spent hours on the phone, walked into a branch with my supporting documents and still no resolution. My experience with the call center representatives has been poor to say the least. I would like to have my calls reviewed and my claim resolved. If someone with corporate authority can contact me to discuss further that would be great!
