Childproof caps and inability to quote rx price correctly

Never have I worked with a company so ignorant. I requested NO childproof caps and they can't honor that. They sent me caps that would not fit even if I could open the bottles. What do they not understand? Plus they quoted a price that I asked 3x if it was the correct Rx pricing. They listened to the recording and admit they quoted it wrong. User's recommendation: DON'T USE SILVERSCRIPT CVS CAREMARK.
