I was charged for returned items. $214 $s worth. Has no idea this was so expensive. Issue has not been resolved at the time of this review. Operator could not help me and the issue was referred to someone else and look for an email in the next week or so. I do not recommend Stitch Fix. User's recommendation: So Much for Try Before You Buy.

"I never received my pillow. FedEx says they delivered my pillow 1-31-2021, but I never rec’d my pillow. FedEx said the shipper has to make a claim on the product since I never received the package."
