This website lists items in stock, lets you place an order and the charge goes though, but the order never arrives and the company doesn't respond to emails. I suspect this is a dead site that never turned off its order system. I had to file a Paypal complaint to get back the money. The seller never responded to the Paypal claim, either. Thankfully, I filed the claim in time and successfully was able to reclaim my funds. I hope someone who runs this site takes notice of these complaints and at least turns off the shopping cart system, because leaving it running just isn't right if the store if no longer in business.
