Poor service

We bought a watch for a child. We used it for 4 months. Then the clock broke. We paid for its repair. We wait a month and a half and every week we are told to wait another week. In the meantime, the child does not use the device, but the subscription fee is charged in full. Refuses to change to a new clock or refund. Ptac replied that there was a clear violation.
