This company is the worst of the worst. I ordered an item on Dec. 9th about two weeks later I still didn’t receive notification of a shipment being sent. In December, I ordered a nomo.org phone samsung note3! I received the product at the time I was satisfied with everything... In March, the phone went down and refused to send a call to nomo.org said that the phone would be taken for warranty repair. I even got a samsung s5 phone in place for a while. The next day, the iExpress courier picked up the phone. A month passed and the operator from nomo.org called me that the phone had been found and that there was a fault in the battery and that it had been replaced and everything was fine. I received the phone back on 20. 04. 2020. the phone didn't charge at all. So when sending the phone for warranty repair, he stands on the shelf for a month and is sent back to the customer!
