Card Didn’t Come

My name is Lesley Nunez. I ordered a replacement card about 8 weeks ago and still havent received?? Can you overnight me one?? I live in California Wildfire zone. All our towers burnt late 2018. Opensky does not provide email address to contact? Why? I cant make voice calls unless I drive down the mountain. Given were in a Pandemic, I really dont want to leave AGAIN to call. Last time didnt do any good. Please send my card. User's recommendation: Be ready to wait.

》 There is no way to contact them other than by mail. I’ve tried the 800 number listed but it doesn’t even ring just stays silent. No email nothing!!!
