We were in Atalanta for a family celebration. Our hertz car broke down twice. It was impossible to speak with a hertz representative. We ultimately left the car on the side of the road and had to have family take us to the celebration that evening, and to the airport the following day. The car broke down the first time at about 11am. I received a text from road side assistance at 7:41pm. User's recommendation: Stay away.
