Can’t change flights on website

I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 43 minutes trying to change a flight. Delta changed both my outgoing and coming home flights and I have tried to change them multiple times on the website and the website keeps saying "uh oh, something went wrong and contact them by phone. It's now 1 hour and 45 minutes that I have been on hold. This is ridiculous. You should be able to do this on the website. User's recommendation: Use another airline that has better customer support.
