Cannot get answers – pre ordering

The website gives an address located in Florida but then mentions duties. When I chatted to ask from where it would ship (I do not want to pay additional), they replied many shipping locations, the one with the most inventory. When I asked how I would know what the duties would be, I was told to check with the post office. I asked for the tariff code and/or classification they were using when shipping. Steadfastly refused to answer. User's recommendation: Do NOT buy.
