Not Happy with my Move

My wife and I moved from California this last September. We had a lot of things to be shipped, the truck that was sent already had another families belongings in the truck. I had called and tried to reschedule the move as we were not ready. The driver called and…
Horrible experience with North American Van Lines. Paid them $23,000 to move from Boise, Idaho to New Orleans, La. Items were stolen!!!!and horribly damaged. They told us please wait to file claim we are putting tracer on those items….GUESS WHAT????? now they are saying because we didn’t file immediately we must have the items and just trying... Poor service, fraud

We were forced to seek help from "L. O. Service" because wizzair on a flight from London Luton to Melbourne On February 23, 2017, our suitcase was badly damaged, we saw for ourselves how the bag of airport employees falls from the very top, the luggage compartment of the aircraft, which is understandably very high. Of course the suitcase is torn, the fastenings are all broken, not to mention the look of the suitcase and the damaged contents! Unfortunately, we did not have insurance. At the airport, we filled in an application to go further, as it turned out, to go to the repair of bags and leather goods of Ltd. "O. Serviss" Ltd. On the day off and coming to Melbourne, the husband of Pty. "L. O. Serviss" was offered to buy a low-quality bag instead of having to buy for his own money, of course the husband refused, then he was also squeezed 50 AU$‎ for suitcase repair, saying that wizzair would return. On their own for 50 AU$‎ they only make fasteners, no one drops the fabric from the fall no one changes! Almost a month has passed, but no calls about the existence of the suitcase, no information about the return of money from wizzair... To the question where the promised money and how to get it, however, answered.. , search the wizzair website, write a new application again. When asked what to do if no one answered, she said that it was not her competence and she did not have time to deal with it. The question then, who is responsible for the return of money, if not the company, extorting money with the words that you all will be returned and she paid no attention to the transferred baggage!
