Cannot contact Grab

I am a merchant with Grab. Have been receiving invoices from Grab. Last invoice from Grab was for April 2021 invoice. Have not received any invoice for May 2021 and Jun 2021. Sent email on 4 July requesting for missing invoices. Customer service called on 9 Jul. Told her my issue. Said she will get back to me. Its 15 jul and have not heard back.
