I signed up In April for on-line only...no support. I've been being charged 20$ a month since. I called customer service, and tell me if I'm wrong...are those robots or computers that you are using for customer service?????? I'll bet it is. Horrible. A horrible company. Scam. I'd like a refund for the whole amount I paid. If you look at my profile, I have not even logged in since then! I swear, I will tell everyone I know to never sign up with Weight Watchers. It's a total scam! If you want to lose weight you can do it without someone trying to take your money from you!!!
