I just received an email that my canceled order wasn't canceled. # 293821****. To add insult now I have to pay return shipping back to you for an order I canceled. Are you freaking kidding me. And yes I placed a replacement order. I was told I can't refuse it, so now i have to wait til delivery print a return label and bring this 93 pound box to fedex to take back. All you cs rep can say is sorry. No how about canceling the freaking order. I will NEVER, EVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN. You lost a customer and I will tell everyone about my experience with your company. User's recommendation: Do not use them shop local.
