She was very professional and assured me that the other reps in the company would not be as unprofessional as Mr. B Knox that I interacted with. Unfortunately I told her I didnt want to switch and she stated Columbia Gas would receive the info; Thursday( tomorrow,6/10). User's recommendation: Be certain about the company you consider.
