Cameras not received in package. Customer service appears brain dead.

I received a package that was supposed to contain two cameras and accessories. The accessories were included, the cameras were not. Apparently GoPro cannot replace the cameras until they have done an investigation which could take 48 hours. This doesnt seem reasonable, I made it clear to them that I need to cameras immediately. Also, there appears to be no way To contact anyone except in the Philippines. This is beyond bizarre. Also also, User's recommendation: Buy it from a reliable company, like Best Buy. You really want some thing with customer service.
