Hi Team, This is to keep you inform that I have booked OLA CAB through PhonePe, balance deducted and I also received call from the Concerned OLA cab DRIVER name RAVI, He enquired destination and droped the call and we was waiting for long time time and we called him not at all reponded and we missed out train too and need refund my amount and ticket which we reserved. NEED ACTION ASAP and revert back. Regards Ashok Kumar A User's recommendation: Really fedup.
