Broken AC/lack of timely service

Last June we purchased a Frigidaire AC unit. When we installed it this June, it was broken. To get a new one, Frigidaire had us cut the cord and send our receipt in, along with a photo of the broken AC with the cord cut. In an email they said it would be "ten days." They told us to keep the old unit until they sent the new one, so now we're left with an AC on the side of our tiny house that people can trip over. And now, well over two weeks later, we have not received a new unit. When we have called it is almost impossible to get a person on the phone. Every time we try to call, the automated system tells us they're experiencing "high call volume" and hangs up on us. My husband finally got through today, and a rude woman told him that our situation was ""processing" and that since this was a "peak time, " she had "no idea" when we will receive the new AC and refused to do any further checking. It has been well over two weeks. We have heard nothing, can't easily contact anyone. The person we reached was rude and unhelpful. We have a broken AC on the side of our home. This AC is under warranty and we paid for it. Terrible service and I'll never buy another Frigidaire product.
