I cannot access neither Acorn (never have been able to although the system took my credit card) nor can I access Britbox as of the middle of June. I have attempted to contact both Acorn and Britbox. Acorn, of course, deferred to Roku. Britbox stated the account was closed. I am being invoiced on my credit card which I am refusing to pay. The system for both sites allow me to enter information (obviously since you are billing my credit card) but then both systems keep taking me back to enter information once again. I am tired of messing with this and tired of charges for something I cannot access. Please delete both accounts and STOP billing me. Diana Jaggers
