Hey, I make a repair ticket number from Samsung Chet with agent the ticket number is 416052**** model number LEPTOP: NP950QDB-KB2US after I get this ticket number , Samsung referred me to Samsung ASC TOTALTS- for getting a quote for repair the laptop ( with the email: SamsungASC@***.com I wrote them several times ,but they didnt answered me. I hope you can help me with this Situation Thank you. User's recommendation: purchasing1@***l-devices.com.
