I went into Kay in North Dartmouth today to get my ring inspected and cleaned, which I am required to do every 6 months to keep the warranty that I paid for. I am unable to wear a mask due to a documented medical condition and was refused service despite telling them about my disability. The 2 women working there told me that I am going to kill someone and that I needed to leave immediately. They screamed at me and called security because I stated that I have a right to have my ring inspected. This is blatant discrimination against people with medical disabilities!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
