THE ONLY RATIONAL EXPLANATION AND INESCAPABLE CONCLUSION IS THAT THE LADY FROM ROCKY RIVER (30+MILES FROM THE PARK LOCATION) WHO WANTED THE THREE STYLE NUMBERS HAD NO INTENTION OF PURCHASING FROM PARK. SHE WANTED STYLE NUMBERS SO SHE COULD EASILY SHOP ELSEWHERE. IF I OWNED THE STORE I WOULD HAVE POLITELY INSISTED THAT SHE LEAVE. I have purchased all of my glasses at Park Optical for 23 years and have had only one issue in that time, which was resolved immediately with many apologies. Bob, the log-time owner, and his very attentive staff always met all of my short notice needs, such as when I needed next day service to replace Rx lenses or Rx sunglasses for a trip. They also have the highest quality and most voluminous selection that I am aware of in the Cleveland area.
