Being charged after canceling my account.

I have cancelled my account before the free trial deadline and they still continually charge me. I have no access to that account and haven't being using it for over 3 years now but they continually charge me. I called them and they said I have no account with them and to call Apple who said that same thing. They are a totally rip off and I should be able to get my money back from all the months they charged me for a subscription I do not have. As I am reading other complaints, it's not just me they are doing this with.
