Because im pissed off

Well, my wife asked me to make an account to payMaya because its easier for her to transfer money and paying bills..I made an account and I didn't know that once you made an account, It needed to upgrade so I can transfer money to the other account..Unfortunately every time that I need to upgrade need to wait 72 hours verification and *** me off its over and over and my wife sent money and got stocke with this stupid things. Until now they never answer my email... they need to understand not all customers are smart like them!!!
