Notified evening before pick up that location changed an hour and half away from "reserved" location. No time to find another moving truck. Customer Support stated that reservations weren't confirmation but a "suggestion" with no promise that my reservation would be honored. So what's the point of reservations if it's a crap shoot that you may or may not get your "reserved" vehicle at your location? refund of both d User's recommendation: Go Anywhere but Uhaul!
