Bad service and want my money back

they trapped me into this 12 month contract membership by telling me that I can cancel anytime, but there is a hidden 12 month contract. I asked the front desk people a few times can I cancel in 2 month the answer was yes, but in a very unobvious part of the the document there is a 12 month contract User's recommendation: DO not do a membership.
