Bad product and no help to return or fix it.

I purchased a 3 pack of "snow" second generation google nest wifi mesh system. It worked for 3 days, then i woke up to a yellow binking light on one of the wifi points. I tried all trouble shooting tips, then got on Chat, because google has a , we call you, don't call us policy. So two and ahalf hours on chat, non stop and nothing. I went through all the trouble shooting steps with them and then they started passing me around and asking the same questions over and over. I begged them to put me in touch with someone for a return. At first i just want the wifi point replaced, but after 2.5 hours, i want all my money back. I was told they will contact me when they feel like it. I contacted paypal and opened a dispute to get my money back. Customer service at google is zero. User's recommendation: If you buy google, be prepared for zero customer care.
