Went to desk filled out paperwork turned in insurance cards was told we did not have dental insurance and to leave. We parental insurance with the ppo plan.I insisted we did they insisted we did not and were told to go home. Called insurance number on back of card….
Neglect to care , privacy information leaked,many mistakes made and when I complained they took no responsibility for their errors, one very bad male doctor, horrible after you complain, incorrect billing,charged for things that should never have happened to me,many lies about there responsability. Big dissappiontment. User’s recommendation: Pick carefully when looking for hospital and doctors.

Lack of patient care

I had surgery at JH Baltimore, and was an in patient for 5 days. The lack of patient care, particularly on night shift, is appalling. I was given napkins to use instead of toilet paper, a full commode sat in my room all night until day shift came in and emptied it. The call button was useless... Read more➤
