I had travelled with ola cab on 11aug 2021 . The cab took an extra fare saying some cancellation penalty (rs 50 ) without taking any review from customer that cab driver never come to destination on time aur not ready to come to that destination. Apart from this cabs are untidy and not nicely maintained. I would request all never use these cabs because they dont pay to customer for not providing comfortable rides to the customer.
