Bad business practice. Up sales and bad wait times

Called to cancel service. Put on hold for 30 minutes. They tried to up sale me even after I told them that I did not need the service and was moving. Put me on hold again. Took 2 days to get a "DocuSign" to cancel the service that I was NOT under contract with them. I would not suggest BRINKS for ANY service.
